As a teenager, I gravitated towards anything fitness; gyms, P.E. Classes, & running, to name a few.
Life set in with work and relationships and in my early 30's I had gained weight that was difficult to lose, so I hired a Personal Trainer. This was a LIFE CHANGER for me!
In1998, I traded in my pumps for tennis shoes and got Certified as a Personal Trainer so I could help others. Through the years, I've seen many women come and go from the gym. They would join and after a couple months we would not see them again. I could help them with the physical aspects of exercise, but I wanted to get to the 'heart' of the matter. That led me on a path to become a Certified Wellness Coach. Now I can help women (and men) discover their motivational factors to stay the course, set goals, assist with behavior change, and experience the freedom to enjoy life as a healthy, fit person who is satisfied with life!
My passion is to help others learn about natural health and well-being, especially women who suffer from physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. My own challenges have enabled me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to our coaching sessions. (2 Cor. 1:3-4).
